Sors Vitae: Life Lottery (인생뽑기) · Healthy Cat (건강한고양이), developer name Sors
Effective: November 5, 2026 · 한국어
건강한고양이 ("the developer") makes and distributes Sors Vitae: Life Lottery ("the app"). The app has no sign-up, no login and no developer server; it is an offline game, so the developer does not collect or store your personal data. Ads and purchases in the app are provided through Google services, and Google processes some information when they are used. This policy explains how.
1. Information the developer collects
None. Your game progress (current life, collection, achievements, past lives, settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer. Uninstalling the app deletes it from the device.
If you email us, your email address and message stay in the developer's mailbox. When you use the app's "Report a problem" button, the email body also includes the app version, device and browser information (User-Agent), screen size, number of saved records and the last error messages (you can read and delete these before sending). We use them only to answer you and fix the problem, and delete them within one year after the conversation ends.
If you tap "Send anonymously" in "Report a problem", a Google Form opens prefilled with the app version, language, your current life's age, country and dream, and a compressed code of your current game state (in-game progress only). Nothing is sent until you describe what happened and press submit, and you can delete the prefilled text before submitting. The form does not collect your name, email address or Google account, and the game-state code contains no personal data. Responses are stored in the developer's Google account through Google Forms, used only to reproduce and fix the problem, and deleted within one year of receipt. Information Google processes on the form page is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Advertising
The app shows no ads until you have been born in 10 different countries. After that, a full-screen ad may play when a new life starts. Ads are served by Google AdMob, and Google processes the following information.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Who processes it | Google LLC and its affiliates (Google AdMob) |
| Information | Advertising ID (Android advertising identifier), device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version), IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad impressions and clicks |
| How | Collected automatically by the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the app when it requests an ad |
| Purpose | Showing ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud, and (if you consent) personalised ads |
| Retention | According to Google's data retention policy. The developer does not receive or keep this information. |
Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and some other regions, the app shows Google's consent message before ads, and you can change your choice at any time from Settings → "🔏 Ad privacy choices" in the app.
3. Controlling ads
- In Android Settings → Google → Ads (on some devices "Settings → Privacy → Ads") you can reset or delete your advertising ID. A deleted ID is not used for personalised ads.
- You can turn off personalised ads in your Google account's Ad settings.
- If you buy "Remove ads" (one-time purchase), the app stops requesting ads, so the information above is no longer collected through ads.
4. Purchases
Payment and purchase restore for "Remove ads" are handled by Google Play Billing. Card and account details are never passed to the developer; the app only asks Google whether your Google account owns the product. Google's handling of payment information follows the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Google backup (Android)
If Google backup is turned on for your device, your game progress may be stored in your own Google account backup and restored on a new device. The developer cannot access this backup.
6. Backup · New phone
Files or codes made with the app's "Backup · New phone" feature are saved or sent by you; they never pass through a developer server. They contain only game records and no personal data.
7. KakaoTalk sharing
When you tap "💬 KakaoTalk" on a result screen, the result card image and share text created by the app are sent to Kakao Corp.'s servers to build the KakaoTalk message. This happens only when you tap the button. The image contains game results only, with no personal information such as your name or contacts. Kakao processes it under the Kakao Privacy Policy; the developer does not receive or store it. Other "Share" options send directly from your device to the app you choose, without passing through any developer server.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Your rights
Because the developer does not keep your personal data, there is no data held by the developer to access, correct, delete or restrict. Game records on your device are deleted when you uninstall the app. For advertising data, you can exercise your rights (including those under the GDPR, UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act) through the Google settings in sections 2 and 3 and the Google Privacy Policy. For any other question, email the contact below.
10. Security
Apart from internet access, the app requests no permissions (contacts, location, storage, camera, etc.). The developer runs no server that stores personal data.
